DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF VIETNAM NATIONAL COFFEE CORPORATION IN THE NEW PHASEVietnam National Coffee Corporation is a state-owned corporation (Corporation 91) which is established and operated in accordance with the Decision No. 251/QD-TT dated 29/4/1995 by Prime Minister.On 25/6/2010, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 980/QD-TTg on changing the parent company - Vietnam National Coffee Corporation into one member limited liability company owned by the State.
