The 1st phase: From March to August 2015, we concentrate on:i.Complete the domestic investment processes comprising of trade, advanced payment, depository process with cash and physical Coffee, account opening, quality control and certificate issuance;ii.Contract all kinds of members consisting of all economic sectors, non-profit organizations and individuals especially households who account for 85% of coffee output in the entire Highland area;iii.Complete the operation process including Banks%u2019 connection, registration, depository, ordering, physical delivery, cash settlement;iv.Complete the software of trading online that serve for local trading and be suitable for international connection when receiving the approval of Vietnam Government;v.Equip the hardware facilities including servers, terminals, leased-line, backup system, firewall system. Secure clients%u2019 assetsagainstfailures; vi.Submit and get the approval from Vietnam Government to connect directly with International Robusta exchanges in the world;vii.Fulfill the membership procedures of the above Regional&International Commodity exchanges;viii.Recruit and train the human resources in order to satisfy international specifications;
