7THE Vth BUON MA THUOT COFFEE FESTIVAL - 2015Respectfully Addressed to:-Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism-Ministry of Industry and Trade-Ministry of Information and Communication-Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development-The People%u2019s Committee of Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai, Kon Tum and Lam Dong provinces.Government Permanent met on 18th June, 2010 considering and concluding on the proposal of the People%u2019s Committee of Dak Lak province (Document No: 1897/UBND - TCTM 26th, April 2010) about organizing the Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival as fllows:1. Approval of the proposal by the People%u2019s Committee of Dak Lak province to hold the Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival every two years at the above mention document.The Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival is held in the form of socialzation to encourage businesses, organizations, individuals and foreign organizations to participate in the festival.2. To asign the People%u2019s Committee of Dak Lak province to chair, and co-ordinate with the People%u2019s Committee of the Central Highlands (Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Dak Nong, Lam Dong), the Ministries and Agencies in organizing Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival on March every year. (The third Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival is held from 10th- 15th March, 2011).3.
