13THE Vth BUON MA THUOT COFFEE FESTIVAL - 2015DECISIONOn approving the program, plan for organizing the Vth Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival - 2015CHAIRMAN OF PROVINCIAL PEOPLE%u2019S COMMITTEEPursuant to the Law on Organization of the People%u2019s Councils and People%u2019s Committees dated 26/11/2003;Pursuant to Decision No. 08 - NQ/TU, dated 05/05/2008 by Dak Lak Province Party Committee on sustainable coffee development in the new period;Pursuant to Indication No. 28 - CT/TU dated 08/02/2014 by Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee;Pursuant to Letter No. 4452/VPCP - KTN dated 28/06/2010 by the Government Office on organizing Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival every two years;In considering the request from Director of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism at the Statement No. 2323/TTr-SVHTTDL, dated 18/12/2014;DECIDES:Article 1. Approving the program, plan for organizing the Vth Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival-2015 (For details, see the attached program, plan).Article 2. Assigning Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to chair and cooperate with the relevant units to implement the organization of the Vth Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival -2015 in accordance with the approved program and plan.Article 3.
